Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to expand our global partner network and drive customer acquisition through affiliate channels.
In this role, you will develop strategic partnerships, optimize affiliate campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and identify new growth opportunities across international markets.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage affiliate partnerships globally
- Negotiate commission structures and partnership agreements
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams
- Identify new traffic sources and partnership opportunities
- Generate regular performance reports
Requirements
- 3+ years of affiliate marketing experience
- Strong understanding of performance marketing
- Experience with affiliate platforms and tracking tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English
- Remote work experience is a plus
