Job Description

We are looking for a Developer Advocate to create technical content, engage with developer communities, and help translate complex observability concepts into simple, engaging educational content.

This is a hybrid role combining software knowledge, content creation, and community building.

Responsibilities

  • Create technical content (blogs, videos, tutorials)
  • Build and grow developer communities
  • Represent Grafana Labs in online and offline events
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on documentation
  • Produce educational content for open-source users
  • Engage on platforms like GitHub, Discord, X, and Reddit

Requirements

  • Experience in software development or DevOps
  • Strong communication and content creation skills
  • Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki)
  • Ability to explain technical topics in simple terms
  • Community or developer relations experience is a plus
