Project Overview

We are looking for a freelancer to design and implement an AI-powered automation system that improves how fleet and operational data is processed, analyzed, and turned into actionable insights.

This is a one-time fixed-price project focused on building a scalable automation workflow.

Scope of Work

• Design AI-driven automation workflows for operational data
• Create systems to summarize and analyze fleet performance data
• Build automated reporting structures (dashboards or summaries)
• Suggest or implement AI tools for data processing efficiency
• Optimize workflows for alerts, predictions, and reporting
• Improve data-to-insight speed using automation logic

Requirements

• Experience with AI automation tools (Zapier, n8n, or similar)
• Understanding of data workflows and automation systems
• Basic knowledge of IoT or operational data systems is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and systems thinking skills
• Ability to design scalable automation architectures
