Project Overview

We are looking for an AI automation specialist to design and implement internal workflows that improve productivity, reduce manual tasks, and streamline communication and reporting processes across teams.

This is a one-time fixed-price project focused on operational efficiency.

Scope of Work

• Analyze internal workflows and identify automation opportunities
• Design AI-powered systems to reduce repetitive manual tasks
• Automate reporting, documentation, and task management processes
• Create workflow integrations between tools (e.g., Slack, Jira, Notion, email systems)
• Build AI-based summarization and task generation systems
• Improve internal communication efficiency using automation

Requirements

• Experience with AI automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Understanding of workflow optimization and process design
• Familiarity with enterprise tools (Jira, Slack, Notion, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and systems thinking mindset
• Ability to design scalable automation architectures
